The Intervarsity Biochemistry Seminar (IBS) is a scientific seminar that consists of participants from universities in collaboration with the Malaysian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (MSBMB). This year, Universiti Malaya is proud to host the 31st annual event with the theme Biochemistry: A Catalyst to Revolutionary Breakthroughs. IBS acts as a platform for undergraduates to exhibit and present their final year research projects while trading ideas, experiences and knowledge with people who can relate to the field. This seminar’s main focus is to promote the advancements of Biochemistry studies in these challenging times. We aspire to ignite interest in the young minds to dive into the realm of research for more groundbreaking discoveries.
