How will I access the virtual seminar?

You will receive an email with the login details. Please note, only registered email addresses will be permitted in the seminar. That is, the email address on which you registered for the seminar.

Will there be any e-certificates and if there are, how will we receive them upon participation?

Yes, there will be e-certificates and they will be sent via e-mail in the form of PDF. 

How many participants are allowed for both categories of oral presentation and poster pitch respectively?

Two (2) participants for oral presentation and five (5) participants for poster pitch per university. 

When is the deadline for all the submissions?



- Deadline for registration of presenting & non-presenting participants.

- Deadline for oral and poster abstract submission. 



- Deadline for Poster Pitch video and pdf submission.


- Announcement of top 20 poster pitch finalist.


- Event Day

How much will the fees for each participant be?

RM 10 for presenting participants and lecturers (Free for non-presenters).
